Wormwood (Parasite Cleanse)

Wormwood has traditionally been used in herbal practices to support gut health and parasite cleansing protocols because of its naturally bitter compounds that help create an environment that may be less favourable for unwanted organisms in the digestive system. It’s often paired with cloves, as cloves are traditionally used to support cleansing routines and are believed in herbal medicine to help target parasite eggs, making the combination a popular addition in many natural parasite cleanse blends.

To use:

Add a very small pinch of wormwood and a pinch of cloves into hot water.

Allow to steep for 5–10 minutes.

Strain well before drinking.

Best used short-term only.
